By using Katailyst, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Katailyst on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken via integrations and automations.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls.
• Do not upload or store content that you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the product to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Registry Content

Katailyst stores “atomic units” (skills, prompts, tools, schemas, KB, bundles, and related artifacts). You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service.

5. AI and Generated Outputs

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production.
• Where available, validation and evaluation tools are provided to improve reliability but do not guarantee correctness.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may perform maintenance that affects availability.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
